BNI Raih Anugerah Tata Kelola Bank Terbaik - The results of an independent poll conducted Asiamoney magazine recognizes PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI as the best bank in Indonesia. Bank BNI bank managed to establish good governance based on good corporate governance (GCG).

Asiamoney Recognition was officially marked by gift giving Indonesia Best Overall Corporate Governance directly to the Director of BNI Gatot M Suwondo in Jakarta, Wednesday (30/1). This award is the result of the Corporate Governance Poll 2012 conducted eight Asiamoney.
The poll was conducted Asiamoney Corporate Governance specifically because they consider there is a need to hold transparent and layered oversight by the bank's management in the face of global economic uncertainty.
In Corporate Governance Poll 2012, Asiamoney provides five categories of awards, namely Indonesia Best Overall Corporate Governance, Indonesia Best for Disclosure and Transparency, Indonesia Best for Investor Relations, Indonesia Best for Shareholder's Right and Equitable Treatment, and Indonesia Best for Responsibilities and Ethical Behaviour of Management And The Board of Director.
"BNI get the best position on the fifth gift," said President Director Gatot M Suwondo in Jakarta, Wednesday (30/1). In this poll, Asiamoney send a questionnaire to the CEO, CIO (Chief Information Officer), as well as executives from fund management and hedge fund companies in the Asia Pacific region. They received responses from 135 respondents from 92 different institutions.
The respondents were asked to choose the two best companies in Asia, excluding Japan, for four indicators. Among indicators of Disclosure & Transparency, Shareholder's Right and Equitable Treatment, Responsibilities and Ethical Behaviour of Management And The Board of Director, Investor Relations and indicators.
